Formula 1

  1. Weigh foil (piece enough to cover painted area)
  2. Cover painted areas of part
  3. Time trigger shot
  4. Fold foil and bake for 30 minutes
  5. Take 5 seconds fluid shot- Weigh - Compute
    solids sprayed
  6. Compare weight pickup on foil
Alternate Method

  1. Weigh pot and unpainted parts
  2. Spray parts / dry parts
  3. Re-weigh parts and pot
  4. Compute solids used versus solids deposited on
    parts
